Good to know
Everything you need to know for your stay with us in Böda.
Location
It's about 200 metres to the beach (Böda sandstrand), barely a 3-minute walk. The nearest grocery store is ICA Böda, 1.5 km away, and a popular bakery is within walking distance. There is a tennis court 500 metres away.
Arrival & departure
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am at the latest. A detailed arrival guide with the wifi password and key information is sent before arrival.
Payment & cancellation
Payment is made by invoice (VAT included in the prices). With written cancellation at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental cost is refunded. For cancellation later than 30 days before, the rent is refunded only if we can find a replacement tenant.
Pets
Pets are welcome only in Lennart and Anna Stina. Keep pets leashed outdoors and be extra thorough with the cleaning before departure.
Bed linen & towels
Bring your own bed linen and towels for personal use.
Wi-Fi
Fast wifi is available in all cottages. You'll find the password in the arrival guide.
Electricity, water & drainage
Electricity and municipal water and drainage are included in the rent.
Parking
1–2 parking spaces per cottage are included in the rent, in the designated area.
Sauna
A shared sauna with its own shower, booked and paid for separately.
Grilling
There is a shared barbecue area, and each cottage also has its own grill.
Laundry & ironing
Laundry and ironing facilities are available in a separate building.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Cleaning
Guests clean the cottage themselves before departure. Cleaning equipment is in or close to the cottage.
Waste & recycling
Waste sorting is available both in and next to the cottages.
